Under the leadership of foreman Alejandro Martinez, Statewide Electric is proud to be part of the ongoing construction of Princeton Landings, an ambitious residential development that promises to redefine modern living. Located in Homestead, Florida, at the intersection of SW 242 St & 127th Ave, This visionary project is being realized under the expertise of the Related Group as the general contractor and designed by Chisholm Architects. Princeton Landings is set to feature a dynamic blend of architectural styles, including seven three-story buildings and one striking eight-story structure, totaling 344 apartment units. In addition to providing comfortable living spaces, Princeton Landings will offer an array of amenities designed to enhance the quality of life for its residents. These amenities include a pool, a dog park, and ADA accessible parking, ensuring that all residents can enjoy the community to the fullest. Construction on Princeton Landings began in 2021. As the project progresses, Princeton Landings stands as a symbol of progress and innovation, promising to deliver a vibrant and thriving community for years to come.
