Located at 1401 Northwest 7th Street in Miami's East Little Havana neighborhood, Paseo Del Rio stands as a testament to modern urban architecture. Developed by Paseo Del Rio, LLC, an affiliate of the Related Group, and designed by Modis Architects, this 7-story mixed-income residential building offers 182 units and an adjacent 6-story garage to accommodate 335 vehicles.
Overlooking the scenic Miami River, Paseo Del Rio is surrounded by notable attractions, including loanDepot Park, the Florida Marlins' home stadium, a diverse array of Latino-based restaurants, and the serene Sewell Park to the west.
Construction of Paseo Del Rio commenced in October 2020 under the guidance of foreman Rodolfo Simon and his dedicated team. After meticulous planning and execution, the project reached its completion in August 2023, showcasing the collective expertise and commitment of the construction companies involved.
