We proudly contributed to the construction of Modello Homes, a testament to affordable family housing in Homestead, FL. Led by foreman Alex Flores, our team played a pivotal role in bringing this visionary project to life. Located at 15302 SW 282 St., Modello Homes embodies a commitment to community and affordability. Construction initiated in September 2016 and reached its conclusion in May 2019, encompassing two remarkable four-story apartment buildings, providing a combined total of 100 multi-family housing units. Developed by Gorman General Contractors, this project represents a blend of functionality and modern design. Residents enjoy an array of amenities, including a retail space conveniently located on the first floor of Building A, community laundry rooms in each building, a fully-equipped fitness room, a business center, and a computer lab. For families, there's an outdoor playground where children can thrive and play. Statewide Electric's dedication to excellence ensured the seamless integration of electrical systems, contributing to the comfort and convenience of Modello Homes' residents
