This innovative project is the result of a groundbreaking public-private partnership between Related Urban, Miami-Dade County Public Housing & Community Development, and Miami-Dade County Public Schools, marking the largest single-phase public-private development in Miami-Dade County. Rising 29 stories tall, Gallery at West Brickell boasts 465 residences, with 163 units reserved for workforce and affordable housing, ensuring accessibility and inclusivity for all residents. The project also consists of an 11 story parking garage with space for 529 vehicles. Designed to elevate urban living, the project offers an array of amenities, including an expansive sun deck, a resort-style swimming pool, a state-of-the-art fitness center, pet-friendly spaces, a podcast studio, and Wi-Fi-enabled co-working spaces. Residents can also enjoy panoramic views of the vibrant Brickell skyline. A highlight of the development is the 3,000-square-foot lobby space, which will feature an art gallery showcasing revolving exhibits from local underprivileged young artists. Construction on this project commenced in September 2022 and celebrated its “top out” in January of 2023 under the guidance of foreman Adrian Santiesteban and his dedicated crew.
