A dynamic addition to Miami's landscape: Gallery at Marti Park is a 176-unit mixed-income community in the Little Havana neighborhood. Designed by CMA Architects, this 12-story community is set to redefine urban living with its blend of affordability and modern amenities. Scheduled for completion by the fourth quarter of 2025, this project aims to provide housing options for individuals of varying income levels. Approximately half of the units will be leased at market rates, while the remainder will be designated for low-income seniors under the Rental Assistance Demonstration program. Situated at 450 SW Fifth St., this prime community offers features such as a private bike storage room, grilling areas, a fitness center, a clubhouse, and a co-working center, catering to residents' diverse needs and lifestyles. With our foreman Isaac Alfonso leading the charge on behalf of SWEC, construction began in February 2024, signaling the start of a transformative journey towards creating a vibrant and inclusive community in the heart of Miami.
