Breaking ground in October 2020, Cannery Row quickly took shape as a beacon of quality and comfort for seniors aged 62 and better. Under the supervision of PINNACLE HOUSING, the development's seven-story structure comprising 112 units was meticulously crafted to offer residents a vibrant and supportive living environment. Completed in January 2022, Cannery Row’s strategic location is adjacent to the Miami-Dade Busway, ensuring residents have convenient access to transportation services.
