Under the expert guidance of foremen Rodolpho Simon and Alex Flores, Statewide Electric played a vital role in the development of Verbena, an exemple of modern residential living in Naranja, FL. Located at 28140 S. Dixie Highway in Naranja Gardens, the project commenced in January 2019 with a clear vision of providing exceptional housing options for residents. Comprising two distinct buildings, one five stories high and the other reaching six stories, Verbena offers a total of 110 meticulously crafted units. This thoughtfully designed community prioritizes comfort, convenience, and sustainability. Amenities including a vibrant playground, state-of-the-art fitness facility, and computer labs further enrich the living experience. Completed in 2020, Verbena proudly holds the ICC 700 National Green Building Certification, underscoring its commitment to environmentally friendly practices and sustainable living.
