We proudly contributed to the success of Caribbean Village, a collaborative endeavor between Miami-Dade County, Pinnacle Housing Group, and the South Miami Heights Community Development Corporation. The project broke ground on September 7th, 2018, marking a significant step towards enhancing the local community homestead. Situated at 19755 S.W. 110th Court in Cutler Bay, FL, Caribbean Village comprises 123 thoughtfully designed units tailored to meet the needs of seniors. Boasting a blend of comfort and convenience, this community offers an array of amenities, including a fitness center, a welcoming lounge equipped with card tables, and computer access. One of the notable aspects of Caribbean Village is its transit-oriented development, providing direct access to the transit way. This strategic location not only fosters connectivity but also enhances the quality of life for seniors, ensuring ease of access to essential services and amenities. Statewide Electric's dedication to excellence ensured the timely completion of Caribbean Village in February 2020. Under the capable leadership of foreman Alex Flores, our team contributed expertise and commitment to realize this vision of vibrant senior living.
